NOCtura is a shielded privacy overlay on Solana. It maintains on-chain commitments, nullifiers, and a Merkle root, while zk proofs are generated off-chain and verified on-chain by a lightweight verifier program. Wallet UX is dual-mode: Transparent (public) + Shielded (private), with cross-mode unlinkability. SNARK-first design, targeting ~100–300 shielded TPS at launch with batching/aggregation scaling.
